Rules & Regulations for Apartment Owners

• • • Applicants must complete the company-prescribed form and submit it along with two copies of passport-sized photographs and copies of their NID & TIN. The booking amount of BDT 5,00,000/- should be paid to Unicorn Properties Ltd. either via bank deposit, online transfer, or pay order.
    • After paying the booking amount, the remaining balance must be settled on the day of land registration, either in cash or via pay order.
    • Within one month of land registration, Unicorn Properties Ltd. will hold the first meeting at its office with all shareholders. Based on the consensus of the attendees, an Executive Committee will be formed, and the society’s constitution will be approved. On behalf of the society, the committee will sign a construction agreement with Unicorn Properties Ltd., and the construction work will be carried out in accordance with the terms of the contract.
